Robot Components
Our standard gripper construction kit, which is based on the well-known Channel Nut clamping profile 25/25 and includes
components that are compatible with systems using clamping diameters of 10, 14, 20, and 30mm.
We offer over 2500 different components that have been developed based on practical experience and our own gripper construction expertise.
Robot Components
This gripper moves a component, such as a glass slide, from one cavity to another.
The gripper can centre itself on the individual cavities and has a separate stroke movement.

Sensors and camera system can be attached in your application. The Kit suits multiples systems, e.g.

Robot Components
The kit was developed out of years of experience in gripper construction. The concept is to assemble the components in perpendicular orientation whenever possible and make only the active element, such as the vacuum cups, the sprue gripper or gripper finger freely adjustable. All channel nut components are compatible.

It is a “building set” consisting of 2.500 parts. It will be assembled according to the customers needs.
Software
The CAD Grip 2.0 enables interactive configuration of gripper / EOAT systems.
Operating the program is easy and intuitive. Previous knowledge, for example of a CAD system, is not necessary.
CAD Grip is functioning fully independent without usage of any other CAD Software. The user is able, to configure the gripper offline. Software Installation is not necessary. The user receives valuable tips for constructive alternative solutions as he proceeds.
The virtual construction is performed controlled and optimized. The attachment of the matching components takes place automatically. This avoids mistakes in the concept phase already.
When the configuration is completed, the component list can be exported to the Customer Portal and can be ready for instantly placing your order. The project can be saved in the appropriate format for his CAD-Software, as there is Inventor, Autocad, Solidworks, Proengineer or Catia, only to name a few.
Robot Components
The company is ready to build the complete gripper, either using the components out of our two systems (PreciGrip or channel nut) or by doing the construction additive, with laser welding technology. Two kinds of documentation are available. A simplified version or the DIN documentation, containing electric / pneumatic diagrams and the declaration of conformity.
